GoFormMint Terms
These terms explain how GoFormMint should be used, licensed, installed, and operated by site owners and customers.
License and permitted use
GoFormMint is a licensed WordPress form builder plugin connected to GoFormMint.com for activation, fair usage, plan limits and product services.
Users may install GoFormMint on licensed sites, create forms, collect submissions, configure supported integrations, and use exports for their own business operations.
Restrictions
Users may not resell, redistribute, rename, rebrand, clone, repackage, publish, or transfer GoFormMint as their own product without written permission from GoFormMint.com.
Users may not remove GoFormMint identity from public plugin packages, license checks, database prefixes, code namespaces, or product files unless a separate written white-label agreement exists.
Free plan limits
The free plan is intended to help users get started. It may include limits such as number of forms, monthly submissions, connected sites, features, support, or automation volume.
When GoFormMint begins generating meaningful usage, the user may need to upgrade to continue using higher limits.
Payments and third-party services
GoFormMint can connect with third-party providers such as Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, Resend, Cloudflare Turnstile, and custom webhook endpoints. Each provider is governed by its own terms, pricing, availability, and compliance requirements.
GoFormMint records payment and automation activity, but the site owner remains responsible for configuring provider accounts correctly and reviewing provider dashboards for final settlement status.
Data responsibility
Site owners are responsible for the data they collect through forms, including consent language, privacy notices, export handling, deletion requests, retention policies, and compliance with applicable laws.
GoFormMint provides tools for storing, reviewing, exporting, and securing submissions, but it does not replace legal, tax, compliance, or data-protection advice.
Availability and updates
GoFormMint may release updates for security, licensing, integrations, compatibility, and product improvements. Site owners should test updates on staging where possible before updating production websites.
Provider APIs may change over time. Payment, email, webhook, and anti-spam integrations should be tested regularly on live hosting.
